Amur Maple injury question
I have a multi - trunked Amur Flame Maple and one of the 4 trunks had buds damaged by one of our spring freezes and it has yet to produce new leaf buds. The other 3 trunks are fine. It appears there is still some green below the bark. Is this normal and it just takes time to repair or do I need to remove this trunk?
